You can order every Comfobeautys product online and pay in cash when the parcel reaches you, anywhere in Sri Lanka.
How to order
- Open the product and tap Add to cart or Buy now.
- At checkout, enter your name, phone number and address, and choose your province, district and city.
- Choose Cash on delivery and place the order. You do not pay anything in advance.
You can also pay by bank transfer or card if you prefer.
Delivery cost and time
- Inside Colombo district: Rs 250, express.
- Everywhere else in Sri Lanka: Rs 390.
- Delivered in 1–3 working days from dispatch. Orders placed late, or on a poya day or public holiday, leave the next working day.
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Tracking your parcel
Use Track order with your order number. Our team also confirms your order by phone or WhatsApp before it is sent.
If something is wrong
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of dispatch. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we replace or refund it and pay the return postage. Full details are on our Returns and refunds page.
