About an order you have placed

Please quote your order number — it is in the confirmation email we send you, and on your order page under My account. With the order number we can tell you where the parcel is without asking you for your address again.

Returns, refunds and damaged items

Contact us first, within 7 days of dispatch, and we will tell you what to do. The conditions are on our Returns and refunds page.
