Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka by courier. We sell online only, so there is no counter to collect from.
How long it takes

These are the courier's working times, counted from the day your order leaves us, not from the moment you place it. Orders placed late in the day, or on a poya day or public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.
What delivery costs

The Rs 250 express rate is for orders paid before we dispatch them; it is not offered with cash on delivery, and the checkout says so beside it. The other two are open to every payment method, anywhere in Sri Lanka.
You choose which one you want at checkout, whichever way you are paying. The charge is shown there before you confirm the order, and nothing is added to it afterwards.
Where we deliver
Within Sri Lanka only. We do not ship overseas at the moment.
If your parcel is late
If it has not arrived within the times above, call or WhatsApp +94 777 249 125 with your order number and we will trace it with the courier.
If it arrives damaged
Tell us the same day if you can, and keep the packaging. We will replace it or refund it — see Returns and refunds.
