Terms and conditions

These are the terms on which Twixen (Pvt) Ltd sells Comfo Beauty's products through this shop. Placing an order means you accept them.

Using this shop

  • You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
  • Please give accurate delivery details. We cannot deliver to an address that does not exist, and a wrong phone number is the most common reason a parcel comes back.
  • If you have an account, keep your password to yourself. Orders placed from your account are treated as yours.

Products and descriptions

These are cosmetics for external use, not medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Read the label, follow the directions, and stop using a product if it irritates your skin. If you are pregnant, under treatment, or react easily, ask a doctor or pharmacist first.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and the ingredient list on the page is the one printed on the pack. Packaging and shade may change slightly between batches.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and include any tax that applies.
  • Prices and offers can change. The price that counts is the one shown when you place the order.
  • Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you confirm.
  • An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel it — if the item is out of stock, if a price was wrong, or if the order looks fraudulent — and we refund anything already paid.

Delivery

Delivery times on the Delivery page are the courier's working times and are estimates, not guarantees. We dispatch as quickly as we can and will tell you if something is delayed.

Returns

Your return and refund rights are on the Returns and refunds page, and they form part of these terms.

Our content

The text, photographs and branding on this site belong to Twixen (Pvt) Ltd. Please do not copy them for your own selling without asking us first.

Liability

If we get something wrong, we will put it right: replace the item, or refund it. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid for the order. Nothing here limits any right you have under Sri Lankan law that cannot be limited.

Changes and law

These terms may be updated, and the current version is always the one on this page. They are governed by the law of Sri Lanka.
