Will I get exactly the product in the photograph?
Yes. The photographs are of the actual packs. Printing and pack design do change between batches now and then, so the tube in your hand may differ in small details from the picture — the formula and the size will be what the page says. If what arrives is not what you ordered, tell us and we will sort it out.
How do I pay?
The payment methods we accept are listed at checkout, and nothing is charged before you confirm the order. We do not ask for card numbers over the phone or by WhatsApp — if anyone asks you for one in our name, it is not us.
How long will delivery take?
1-2 business days inside Colombo and 2-3 business days outside, counted from dispatch. Full details are on the Delivery page.
Where can I see my receipt?
Two places. We email you a confirmation when you order, and if you have an account the order is listed under My account, where you can open it any time. If you ordered without an account and cannot find the email, send us your phone number and we will resend it.
Can I collect my order?
No. We sell online only and everything goes out by courier.
How do I return something?
Contact us within 7 days of dispatch. The item must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, with the invoice. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded at our cost. See Returns and refunds.
An item is out of stock — will it come back?
Usually yes. We do not have an automatic "notify me" button on the shop, so message us on +94 777 249 125 and we will tell you when it is back.
Can I read the site in Sinhala or Tamil?
Yes. Use the language switch at the top of the page. Product names, descriptions and these pages are written in all three languages; the ingredient lists stay in English, because that is how they are printed on the pack and how a pharmacist or doctor will recognise them.
Are these products tested on animals?
No. The packs are marked cruelty free.
