The simple daily routine
Morning
- Clean: Wash the area during your bath and pat it dry with a soft towel. Don't rub hard.
- Apply: Take a small amount of Secret Radiance and spread it evenly over the area. Massage gently until it is absorbed.
- Wait before dressing: Give it a few minutes. The pack advises avoiding immediate contact with clothing, to prevent staining.
- Protect: On the neck, elbows and any other area the sun reaches, apply sunscreen once the cream has soaked in.
Evening
- Clean the area and pat it dry.

Why sunscreen matters for the neck and elbows
Sri Lanka has strong sun all year. Sun on uneven-looking skin can make it look even more uneven, so it makes sense to protect the areas you are caring for. The back of the neck and the elbows get a lot of sun on the bus, on a bike or walking to work. Underarms and inner thighs are usually covered, so they normally don't need sunscreen.

Small habits that help
- Be gentle with hair removal. Use a clean razor and don't go over the same spot again and again. If the skin stings after shaving, wait until it settles before applying any cream.
- Don't scrub hard. Rough stones, brushes or strong rubbing can irritate these areas.
- Choose loose, breathable clothes when you can, so there is less rubbing.
